Tag combat logging

Blizzard's latest changes to combat logging in Patch 10.2 PTR aim to prevent the use of out-of-game overlays in Aberrus. However, these changes come with drawbacks such as potential data loss during crashes and increased restrictions on combat logging. While the change removes the ability to create live overlays, there could have been alternative approaches to mitigate these issues.
